Egmont Manuka Honey MGO 1200+ (UMF 25+) is one of the rarest grades New Zealand produces. It comes from a Manuka flowering season that lasts just four to six weeks a year, which is the simple reason so little of it exists. Sourced from the nectar of the Manuka plant (Leptospermum scoparium) in the country's most remote corners, it is independently tested and certified to a minimum of 1200 mg/kg of methylglyoxal (MGO) and a UMF 25+ rating.

Bold, intense and bittersweet, with a deep dark toffee character, this is a honey to be savoured slowly, by the spoon, and treated as the centrepiece it is. The thick, luxurious texture and the sheer scarcity of UMF 25+ make it a true collector's grade and an exceptional gift. Presented to be given, or kept. 100% pure New Zealand honey, independently verified.
